Ready to push a rebrand, refresh, or new concept in 2024?

Ready to push a rebrand, refresh, or new concept in 2024? We're here to help!

Here are a few tips our team has collected over the years that help our clients start the process off on the right foot:

Check

Check the business vision against the business direction you're prepared to take. They need to be pretty tightly integrated. If you're not quite there yet, no sweat – we'll help with that.

Align

Align your stakeholders to ensure they are on board and moving in the same direction with the sides of business they facilitate.

Identity

Identity areas where customers and staff are confused about your value proposition and message.

Talk

Talk with your most loyal customers to understand the specific problems your business solves for them.

Make Note Of

Make note of brands that consistently capture your attention – what aspects of their strategies interest you?

Ponder

Ponder the personality of your brand currently and where you think it should be.

Organize

Organize your current brand assets so historical content can be referenced. Who knows, something lovely could be hiding away that deserves some time in the spotlight. This also helps bring legacy customers along and connect the past with the future.

Search

Search for your branding team earlier than you think. Good work doesn’t happen overnight, so plan to launch at least 6 months out from kick-off.

Designate

Designate time each week on your calendar for connecting with your internal team and the selected branding team. You’ll be glad to have the free brain space when thinking about these company-shifting moves.

These are a few things that we go through in the discovery phase of our branding project work with new clients. You'll go to the top of the class if you have all of these checked off. 😉 You and your branding team will be grateful it's done, and you'll be able to jump into the process confident you're doing your business well in the decisions you're making. Especially in something as important as how it's perceived and experienced in the marketplace.

We're setting our schedules for next year, so reach out if you think we could be the right fit for you and your team! Get on our calendar for January👇
